Refund Policy

We believe the best refund policy is a product good enough that you don't want one. So before you ever pay, every user gets 10 minutes of practice a day, free forever — no card to start, no auto-charge. You only pay if you choose to remove the daily cap.

When you decide to subscribe or buy lifetime access, you've already experienced the product. That's the principle this policy is built on.

1. Cancellation

You can cancel at any time from your account settings.

When you cancel:

  • Your subscription stops renewing at the end of the current billing period
  • You keep access to all features until that period ends
  • Your streak, progress, and stats stay safe — you can resume later

Cancellation is the right move if you've decided you're done. It costs you nothing.

2. Refunds — the general rule

We do not refund for time you've already had access. If you've used 11 days of a monthly subscription, you've already had what you paid for — we won't return it.

This is the same approach as most subscription products. It works because you got 10 minutes a day of full access — every day, free forever — before you ever paid us.

3. When we do issue refunds

Within 48 hours of an accidental charge

If you cancelled before renewal but were still billed, or your card was charged when it shouldn't have been, email us within 48 hours and we'll refund it in full.

Failed product delivery

If the Service was unavailable for a sustained period and you couldn't use what you paid for, contact us. We'll credit or refund the affected portion of your subscription.

Statutory rights (EU/UK consumers)

If you're in the EU or UK, you have a 14-day statutory cooling-off right when you first subscribe. You can email us within 14 days of starting a paid subscription and ask for a full refund — no questions asked, no proportional reduction for use during the window. This applies the first time you subscribe; it does not reset on auto-renewal.

Annual plan

If you're on an annual plan, a 14-day full-refund window applies from the date of first purchase. We do not reopen the 14-day window each year on auto-renewal — once your annual subscription renews, the standard rule applies: cancel anytime, no refund for unused time. If you forget to cancel and notice an unwanted annual renewal within 48 hours, email us — see "Within 48 hours of an accidental charge" above.

Lifetime purchases

Lifetime purchases are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked. After 14 days, lifetime purchases are non-refundable — you continue to have access for life, so there's nothing to return.

Outside the statutory cases, we use judgment and lean fair. If your situation is unusual, email us and we'll talk.

4. How to request a refund

Email [email protected] with:

  • The email address on your account
  • The date of the charge
  • A short note about why you'd like a refund

We respond within two business days. If we approve the refund, it appears on your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

5. Chargebacks

If you think a charge is wrong, please contact us first — we can usually fix it faster than your bank can. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may result in your account being suspended pending investigation.

6. Changes to this policy

If we make material changes to this policy, we'll notify you by email or in the Service at least 14 days before they take effect. The new version applies only to charges made after the change takes effect. Your existing subscription is governed by the policy in effect when you subscribed.
